26 YO Brampton man arrested with speeding while impaired
A Brampton resident was arrested by OPP officers for speeding while impaired.
As per the information, OPP responded to a report/call on September 8 at approximately 11:30 pm about a vehicle travelling southbound on Highway 41 in Addington Highlands Township near Slate Falls Road.
After a while, police was successful in locating the vehicle which was travelling at very high speed rate. Also, the driver was found to be drinking.
The drive was identified as Tevin Shane Jagmohan, a 26-year-old from Brampton. OPP charged him with operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs and operating a motor vehicle while over legal blood alcohol limit. His licence was suspended and his vehicle was impounded for seven days.
In addition to this, the accused was charged with speeding and blood alcohol concentration above zero.
Jagmohan is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Napanee on October 1.
