Investigators from the Peel Regional Police Intelligence Services, Cargo Theft Unit have arrested and charged a man for Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Possession of a Controlled Substance in the City of Brampton.
On September 15th, 2018 a tractor and trailer were stolen from the area of Hurontario Street and Conservation Drive, Brampton.
On Thursday, November 1, 2018, after a lengthy investigation, police executed a search warrant in the area of St. Hubert Drive and Bellville Drive, Brampton. Located and seized were items relating to seven cargo theft related reports in the Peel Region.
Parminder Barn a 38-year-old man from Brampton was charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime x 8 and Possession of a Controlled Substance x 2. He was held for a bail hearing and appeared at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on November 2, 2018.
