The 67th Filmfare Awards to honor the films released in 2021 held at the Jio World Centre, Mumbai celebrated the achievements of the film industry, the benchmarks set by the directors, and the acting talents displayed by the artists.
Actors Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor were the co-hosts, while actors Nora Fatehi, Vicky Kaushal, Kartik Aaryan, Disha Patani, Janhvi Kapoor, Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani performed in the event.
Bollywood actor Ranvir Singh bagged the coveted black Lady in the ‘best actor’ in a lead role (Male) for his cricket drama ‘83’. While Kriti Sanon won the Best Actor in a Lead Role (female) award for ‘Mimi’. In ‘Mimi’, Kriti Sanon played the role of a surrogate mother and the film was directed by Laxman Utekar.
