Brampton Firefighters initiated Pink Truck Tour to raise funds for Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.

The Pink Truck Tour started on October 1 and Pumper 201 will be seen around the city for the next month, raising funds for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.

Pumper 201’s first official appearance was a hit, and now residents can look for it popping up at 23 upcoming events around the city from now through Nov. 18.

The tour is a fundraiser for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.They are also selling pink T-shirts with all proceeds donated to the foundation.

According to Paul Lecompte, of the Brampton Professional Firefighters Association, it’s the first time Brampton firefighters have run a Care Enough to Wear Pink campaign for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
