Canada to propose measures to close Loopholes favored by some Professionals.

Canadian Finance Minister, Bill Morneau is to announce new proposals targeting to close loopholes mostly used by lawyers, doctors and other professionals to reduce their tax burdens.

The finance minister is to announce measures today at a press conference in Ottawa.
