As the spread of novel Coronavirus is not coming under control, evacuation of Canadians from is now underway. According to the Foreign Affairs Minister of Canada, two-thirds of the Canadians seeking evacuation will be returning to Canada on Friday.
On Thursday, Minister François-Philippe Champagne told reporters in a press conference that the government will have most of the Canadians home.
Another flight is scheduled for other Canadians to be brought home next week on a second chartered Canadian flight.
A second flight is scheduled to leave Wuhan on Feb. 10 and get to CFBT, where all evacuees will stay for 14 days, on Feb. 11, said Champagne.
