Great news – Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning is to receive $15.8 million of funding! This joint federal-provincial investment was announced today by my colleague Marwan Tabbara, Member of Parliament and MPP Daiene Vernile.
The funding will support Phase 1 of Conestoga’s Pathways to Prosperity initiative, which involves the expansion and revitalization of the college’s North Campus in Waterloo that will build a new facility for Culinary & Hospitality Management, a Centre for Advanced Learning, and a new Access Hub that will provide students, newcomers to Canada, job seekers and area employers with access to information, programs and services in a single location.
