Two Canadians are confirmed dead and a third has been reported killed in the Las Vegas shooting that left at least 59 dead on Sunday night. A fourth, a woman from Alberta, remains unaccounted for.

Jessica Klymchuk, a school librarian and single mother of four in Alberta’s Peace River Country, was enjoying a Las Vegas holiday with her fiancé.

Ms. Klymchuk lived in Valleyview, Alta., a town of 1,900 people, 350 kilometres northwest of Edmonton. She worked as a librarian, bus driver and educational assistant at St. Stephen’s, a Roman Catholic elementary school.
