Drug Charges Laid after Residential Search Warrant

Region of Peel – Investigators from the 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau have arrested and charged a 42-year-old Brampton man with drug offences after a search warrant was conducted at a residence in the City of Brampton.

On Thursday, October 29, 2020, investigators from the 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau executed a search warrant at a residence in the area of Castlemore Road and The Gore Rd in the City of Brampton. As a result, police located 2 pounds of crystal methamphetamine and 5 ounces of heroin with a total estimated street value of $39,000.

Jatinder Sandhar, a 42-year-old man of Brampton was arrested and charged with two counts of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking a Controlled Substance. He was held for a bail hearing and will attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on Friday, October 30, 2020.
