Prime amongst them would be some deliciously cooked traditional Punjabi dishes with a fresh approach.

All Indians living in Canada who have a passion for cooking can participate and put their skills to test in this cooking contest.

Therefore, families from different parts of India, who are based in Canada for a long time will be eligible to participate in this contest.

From among the thousands of applicants, only 12 contestants will be selected by our judge and chef, Vikram Vij and they will be put to further test.
