'Hanuman' Breaks Records with 140 Crores in 11 Days, Anticipation Builds for 'Jai Hanuman'

In the realm of cinematic wonders, the film 'Hanuman' has emerged as a sensational phenomenon, captivating audiences nationwide with its spellbinding narrative and impressive visual spectacle. Released on January 12, this Telugu production has transcended linguistic boundaries, enchanting audiences across multiple languages. The lead role, masterfully portrayed by Telugu star Tej Sajja, has garnered widespread acclaim, propelling the film to financial success and sparking discussions about its groundbreaking special effects.

A Visual Marvel on a Modest Budget

One of the key factors contributing to the movie's success is its remarkable use of special effects and visual effects (VFX). Despite being produced on a relatively modest budget of 30 crore rupees, 'Hanuman' has astonished critics and audiences alike by delivering visuals that rival those of films with three times the financial backing. The meticulous attention to detail in the creation of this cinematic spectacle has elevated 'Hanuman' to a league of its own.

Surprises Amid Consecration

As if the cinematic marvel of 'Hanuman' was not enough, the creators decided to grace their fans with a surprise announcement during the consecration of Lord Rama's temple. Director Prashant Verma, the visionary behind the film, unveiled plans for a sequel titled 'Jai Hanuman.' In a social media post expressing gratitude for the overwhelming support, Verma announced, "With boundless love and support pouring in from around the world for 'Hanuman,' and with a promise I made to myself, I now embark on a new journey! The pre-production of #JaiHanuman begins on the auspicious occasion of the consecration of the Ram temple."

Blockbuster Success and Continuing Triumph

'Hanuman' continues to reign supreme in theaters, defying expectations and accumulating substantial revenue. In its second week alone, the film generated approximately 7.5 crore rupees, pushing its total earnings to an impressive 140 crores in just 11 days. The Hindi version of the film, a standout success in its own right, has contributed more than 36 crores to the overall collection.

Industry experts were taken aback by the fervor 'Hanuman' stirred among audiences, setting the stage for an extraordinary reception of its sequel, 'Jai Hanuman.' While the release date for the sequel remains undisclosed, industry reports suggest that audiences may be treated to this highly anticipated follow-up by the conclusion of 2025.
