Domestic violence is a social problem which is on the rise from last few months.
The problem is more chronic in South Asian Families. Recent incident when a man murdered wife and mother-in-law is one of the few example of Domestic Violence that ended up in fierce crime.
Past week Peel Regional Police responded to 3 domestic homicides in same night.
Domestic/ Family Violence is any use of physical or sexual force, actual or threatened, including emotional/psychological abuse or harassing behaviour or threats to harm children, other family members or pets by a family member.
