Canada has put an end to Conditional permanent residence provision.

The Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has announced today that spouses and common-law partners who are sponsored to immigrate to Canada will no longer experience a period of conditional permanent resident status.

They will enjoy full permanent resident status upon landing.
