'No Passport, Fee Relief For Indian Pilgrims Visiting Kartarpur' - Pak PM Imran Khan

Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan has waived 2 Conditions For Indian pilgrims visiting Kartarpur. Khan took to social media platform twitter to inform about this. Now, Indian pilgrims do not require Passport while visiting Kartarpur on the day of inauguration of the Kartarpur corridor. Also, there will be no fees on corridor inauguration day and birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji.

Imran Khan wrote on Twitter,”For Sikhs coming for pilgrimage to Kartarpur from India, I have waived off 2 requirements: i) they wont need a passport – just a valid ID; ii) they no longer have to register 10 days in advance. Also, no fee will be charged on day of inauguration & on Guruji’s 550th birthday.”

It’s to be mentioned here that India has repeatedly condemned the USD 20 fees proposed by Pakistan.
