The Tobacco and Vaping Products Act would help implement plain packaging for tobacco products
The federal government is planning to regulate e-cigarettes to make vaping products less accessible protecting youth and non-users from nicotine addiction and inducements to tobacco use. The plan aims at allowing them to access e-cigarettes as a likely less harmful alternatives to tobacco, an official told reporters.
