ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਦਾ ਦਿਨ ਸਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਦਿਨ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜਦ ਬੀ. ਸੀ. ਸਰਕਾਰ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰੇਗੀ ਕਿ ਮਨੁੱਖਤਾ ਦੀ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਲਈ, ਸੰਸਾਰ ਜੰਗਾਂ ‘ਚ ਬਹਾਦਰੀ ਦਿਖਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਫੌਜੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਮਾਣਮੱਤਾ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਬੀ. ਸੀ. ਦੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ‘ਚ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਕਲਾਸ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਬਾਰਵੀਂ ਕਲਾਸ ਤੱਕ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਜਿਸਦਾ ਸਿਲੇਬਸ ਇਸ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਮਾਹਰ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਸਟੀਵ ਪੁਰੇਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸ. ਜਗਮੋਹਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
Tomorrow will be a historic day for us when BC government will announce that bravery of Sikh soldiers shown in world wars, for the freedom of mankind will be included in BC school syllabus from grade 1 to 12. This syllabus is prepared by Steve Purewal and other educators. S. Jagmohan Singh of Surrey played a major role to implement this.
