Woman rushed to hospital after Brampton house fire.
A woman has been rushed to hospital after being pulled from a two-alarm house fire in a semi-detached home on Mount Fuji Crescent, Brampton.
The fire broke at around 11:15 a.m.Crews arrived to find smoke throughout the home and visible flames.
Platoon Chief Ed Davis said that the fire appears to have started in the basement and spread throughout the home, though the cause is not yet clear.
Davis said that the Office of the Fire Marshall has been notified.
